ماذا تعنى التزكية؟
التزكية تعني التخلية، أي نزع الصفات السيئة من القلوب، ثم التحلية، أي وضع الصفات الطيبة، ثم التجلية، أي أن تتجلى أمامك الحقائق لتتعلم أخذ القرارات.
وقد أثبت القرآن والسنة والعلم الحديث أن المهارات الشخصية تؤثر في أمراض القلوب، فمن صميم حب العبد لله أن يطهر نفسه من أي شيء سلبي بقدر الإمكان.
تطوير الذات
تطوير الذات تعني استمرارية التعلم وعدم التوقف وإلا سيتعثر الفرد في طريقه ويضر نفسه ومن حوله، لذا يجب أن يكون لديك معرفة (معلومات) لتضيفها على التجارب لتخرج بالخبرة والمهارة، معارف + تجارب= خبرة.
لماذا تطوير الذات؟
1- انتشار ناس يحبون الله ورسوله ولكن لا يطورون من أنفسهم ولا يواكبوا تغيرات المجتمع فيؤذي الدعوة ويؤثر في رؤية الناس للدين.
2- نظرية "كان وأصبح"، إذا لم تُزيد من مهاراتك لتصل إلى ما تريد فلن تصل وستصدم بما أصبحت عليه.
3- النظرية القمرية تجاه الهدف: كلما اقتربت من الهدف تعرف إنه أكبر من الصورة التي كونتها عنه، فكلما اقربت تكن هلال، ثم نصف قمر، ثم بدر، فتُطوِّر من نفسك لتصل للهدف.
4- يجب أن نطوّر أنفسنا من أجل التنافس: فنحن ننافس أنفسنا وزملائنا ومعيار التنافس في مجالنا.
تنافس نفسك: أن تلتزم بالعمل وتتقي الله وتجاهد نفسك.
تنافس زميلك: أن تنافس من حولك لتصل لهدفك.
المعيار: أي أن تتنافس ولكن تضع في اعتبارك متطلِبات الهدف التي يجب أن تحققها لتصل لهدفك.
اشكاليات تطوير الذات
- فقدان الرغبة: فقد الإنسان الرغبة في تحسين نفسه، لسببين: هوان الذات: أي تصغير نفسه وجلد مستمر لنفسك، أو تضخيم الذات: أي أن تعتبر نفسك عالم في كل شيء ولا تحتاج للمعرفة.
- فقدان القدرة: إياك أن تفقد الثقة في نفسك، فنفسك مثل الأرض، إن تخيّلت أنها أرض بور، فلن تًعمِر هذه الأرض ولن تشغل نفسك بها، وهذا يبدأ بتزكية النفس واستخدام ما لديك من أدوات.
كيف تطور من ذاتك؟
زوّد معرفتك ومعلوماتك، واختلط بأشخاص لهم خبرة، وتعامل مع الناس واحتك بهم (معرفة + تجربة)، فمن عمل بما علم أورثه الله علم ما لا يعلم، وثمرة تطوير الذات في الدنيا هي أن تكون من العباد الذين اصطفاهم الله. قال تعالى: }أَوْرَثْنَا الْكِتَابَ الَّذِينَ اصْطَفَيْنَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا فَمِنْهُمْ ظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهِ وَمِنْهُم مُّقْتَصِدٌ وَمِنْهُمْ سَابِقٌ بِالْخَيْرَاتِ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْكَبِيرُ{، سورة فاطر.

تلخيص الحلقة الأولى من عُمار الأرض (مترجمة للإنجليزية)
In the name of Allah , may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Prophet. My Lord, open up my heart, make my task easy for me, loosen the knot impeding my tongue so they may understand my speech . This program has an immense effect on me because it will help me and others become “earth builders” just like Allah commanded us to be so we can achieve the purpose from our creation as His vicegerents on earth. We will be held accountable to every command on Judgment Day, every single command! Allah says what can be translated as, “My people, worship Allah! You have no god but Him. It was He who brought you into being from the earth and settled you upon it…” (TMQ , 11:61). Faith means to be a “wholesome” human being, not someone shunned by the society! The Prophet (SAWS ) said in an authentic narration by Abu Musa Al-Asharei, “The Prophet said, ‘Each Muslim is bound to give charity!’ So the people asked, ‘What if he finds nothing to give?’ He said, ‘So let him work with his hands to be useful for himself and then he can give out charity.’ They asked, ‘What if he couldn’t or didn’t!’ He said, ‘Then let him help a needy or a poor person.’ They asked, ‘What if he didn’t?’ He said, ‘Then let him enjoin goodness.’ They asked, ‘What if he didn’t?’ He said, ‘Then let him hold back from doing any evil and this will be his charity.’”
What about refinement?
Refinement is as we put it briefly; out with the bad and in with the good! We take the bad qualities out and we replace them with the good ones. What happens after that is called “illumination” when things become so clear that you are able to make the right decisions.
The Qur’an, the Sunnah and modern science all prove that personal skills have a direct impact on the ailments of the heart. The very essence of loving Allah is in refining yourself from any negatives.
Self-Development
Self-development means continuous learning without any pausing otherwise you will trip and harm yourself and others. You must have the knowledge (the information) that you will add to your life experiments to be able to gain both; experience and skills.
Why do we need to develop ourselves?
1. There are many people around us who love Allah and the Prophet without attempting to develop themselves and without keeping pace with the ever-changing society. They end up damaging the whole cause of Islam and tampering the visions of other about religion.
2. The theory of “he used to be, he became…”: If you do not increase your skills to be able to reach what you want, you will never get there and you will end up facing what you have become.
3. The “lunar” theory of getting closer to your goal: The closer you get to the goal the more you discover how big it is compared to what you have pictured earlier. First it’s just a crescent, then it’s half a moon, then it’s a full moon. So develop yourself to be able to reach your goals.
4. We need to develop ourselves so we can compete: We compete with ourselves and with our peers while there is a criterion for competition;
- Compete with yourself: by being committed to what you do and struggling with yourself to do it.
- Compete with your peers: so you can reach your goal.
- The criterion is to “compete” while keeping in mind the requirements that must be achieved for reaching your goal.
Some impediments along the road:
- Loss of desire: You can lose your desire for two reasons; deflated self-esteem by constantly debasing and blaming yourself or inflated self-esteem by considering yourself to be good in everything.
- Loss of stamina: Never lose your self confidence. This “self” of yours is like the earth; if you see it barren you will never reform it or concern yourself with it. This starts by refining yourself and using all the tools you have in stock.
How to develop yourself?
Enhance your knowledge and mingle with experienced people; deal with them and associate yourself with them (this is called knowledge + experience). He who utilizes what he learns, Allah will bequeath him the knowledge he lacks. The fruit of self-development is to be one of the few subjects chosen by Allah as conforming to the verse that says what can be translated as, “Then we bestowed the Book on those of Our servants whom We have chosen. Some wrong their own souls, some keep half-way [between right and wrong]; some, by Allah’s leave, excel others in good deeds. This is the great bounty of Allah.” (TMQ, 35:32).

The word Allah is the Arabic term for God. Although the use of the word "Allah" is most often associated with Islam, it is not used exclusively by Muslims; Arab Christians and Arabic-speaking Jews also use it to refer to the One God. The Arabic word expresses the unique characteristics of the One God more precisely than the English term. Whereas the word "Allah" has no plural form in Arabic, the English form does, and the word 'Allah' in Arabic has no connotation of gender. Allah is the God worshipped by all Prophets, from Adam to Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad.

TMQ=Translation of the Meaning of the Qur'an. This translation is for the realized meaning, so far, of the stated (Surah:Ayah) of the Qur'an. Reading the translated meaning of the Qur'an can never replace reading it in Arabic, the language in which it was revealed.
SAWS=Sala-llahu Alaihi Wa-Sallam = All Prayers and Peace of Allah be Upon Him.

تلخيص الحلقة الأولى من عُمار الأرض (مترجمة للفرنسية)
Deuxième partie : Le développent de la personnalité
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux, Louange à Allah Seigneur de l’Univers et que Ses grâces et Sa paix soient accordées à Son Messager.
Seigneur, dit Moïse, fais cesser l'angoisse qui me serre le cœur ! Facilite ma tâche ! Délie ma langue et débarrasse-la de toute ambiguïté, afin qu'on comprenne ce que je dis ! (Tâ-Hâ:25-28)
“Les Promoteurs de la Terre” est un programme qui me tient à cœur parce que j’espère devenir un de ces promoteurs comme nous l’ordonne Allah qui a fait de l’Homme Son vicaire sur Terre. « Ô mon peuple, dit-il, adorez Dieu ! Vous n'avez d'autre divinité que Lui ! C'est Lui qui vous a formés de la terre et qui vous y a établis.» (Hoûd: 61)
Cette foi consiste à être un humain utile dans la société, et non ne pas en être tenu à l’écart. D’après Abou Moussa Al-Ach’ary, le Prophète (bpsl) dit :
- « Tout Musulman doit donner une aumône. »
Ils demandèrent :
- « Et s’il ne possède rien ? »
- « Qu’il travaille de ses mains pour être utile à lui-même et donner l’aumône. »
Ils demandèrent à nouveau :
- « Et s’il ne peut pas ou ne le fait pas ? »
- --- « Qu’il soulage celui qui est dans le besoin et désespéré. »
- --- « Et s’il ne le fait pas ? »
- --- « Qu’il ordonne le bien. » ou il dit : « Qu’il ordonne de faire le bien. »
- --- « Et s’il ne le fait pas ? »
- --- « Qu‘il s’abstienne de faire le mal ce qui sera une aumône de sa part. »
Que signifie : le terme arabe “Tazkiya” ?
La “Tazkiya” c’est la “Purification” : C’est commencer par le dépouillement c’est-à-dire enlever au cœur ses tares, puis entreprendre son embellissement c’est-à-dire le parer de qualités louables. Ensuite c’est l’élucidation qui vous fait voir la vérité pour apprendre et pouvoir décider.
Le Coran, la Sunna (traditions du Prophète) et la science moderne confirment que les dispositions individuelles impactent sur les maladies du cœur. La sincérité de l’amour du serviteur envers Allah exige qu’il purifie son cœur autant que possible de tout ce qui est négatif.
Le développement de la personnalité
Le développement de la personnalité signifie persister à s’instruire sans arrêt pour ne pas trébucher sur le chemin, se faire du mal à soi-même et à son entourage. Vous devez donc être instruit, avoir des notions, pour les ajouter aux expériences et aboutir avec de l’expertise et du talent.
Connaissances + expériences = expertise
Pourquoi le développement de la personnalité ?
1 – La propagation de gens qui aiment Allah et Son messager sans se développer eux-mêmes ni s’accorder avec les changements de la société fait du tort à l’appel à Allah et influence le regard des gens sur la religion.
2 – La théorie de “Avoir été et devenir”. Si vous ne développez pas vos talents pour parvenir à votre but, vous n’y parviendrez pas et vous serez choqué par ce que vous êtes devenu.
3- La théorie lunaire face au but : Plus vous vous rapprochez du but, plus vous vous rendez compte qu’il est plus grand que l’idée que vous vous en étiez faite. En approchant vous êtes un croissant, puis vous devenez une demi lune et ensuite une pleine lune. Développez-vous donc pour parvenir au but.
4- Nous devons nous développer dans le but de l’émulation saine. Nous faire concurrence à nous-mêmes et à nos collègues, et le standard de la concurrence sera à notre portée.
La concurrence à soi-même c’est se conformer au travail, craindre Allah et lutter contre soi-même.
La concurrence au collègue c’est faire la concurrence à son entourage pour parvenir au but.
Le standard c’est faire la concurrence avec en vue les exigences à réaliser pour parvenir au but visé.
Les problématiques du développement de soi-même
- La perte du désir : L’être perd le désir de s’améliorer pour deux raisons : le mépris de soi-même, c’est-à-dire se sous-estimer et se flageller continuellement ou bien se gonfler , se croire savant en toute chose et n’avoir nullement besoin de connaissance.
- La perte de la capacité : Attention de perdre confiance en vous-même, vous êtes comme la terre qui, délaissée, semble inculte, vous ne vous en occupez pas et ne la développez pas. Il faut commencer là, par la purification de l’âme en utilisant les moyens que vous possédez.
Comment se développer soi-même ?
Augmentez vos connaissances et vos notions, fréquentez des gens expérimentés, ayez affaire et prenez contact avec les gens (connaissance+expérience). Celui qui agit selon ce qu’il a appris, Allah lui apprend ce qu’il ne sait pas. Le fruit du développement de soi-même est de se trouver parmi les élus par Allah qui dit : « Puis Nous avons donné l'Écriture en héritage à Nos serviteurs que Nous avons élus. Parmi eux, il en est qui se font tort à eux-mêmes, d'autres qui suivent une voie moyenne, et d'autres enfin qui, avec la permission de Dieu, surpassent tous les autres par leurs bonnes actions. Et c'est là la grâce suprême. (Fâtir (Le Créateur): 32)
